Extremely Slow downloading
hi, i have 1MBPS broardband and i used to download at about 200KBPS but now i have gone done to a s**ty 3kbps.
Can someone pleae help me! Thanks harvey

some isp's have put a program in their system called SANDVINE, this stops users from downloading from p2p, look at my name and look at the thread i wrote about isp's i know tiscali are going to put something in their server to stop people from downloading from these p2p's.
