Default Norton AV ask again and again to permit access

When I installed version 4.4.5 all was fine when I always start Limewire Norton Antivirus shows a Security Alert
Norton Internet Protection has detected a remote system that is attempting to access your computer.

If you've started a program that requires Internet access such
as online gaming file sharing or instant messaging then select Permit to allow the program to continue.

I do it but still ask me over and over then stops when I do a new search again Norton ask me again to allow the software to permit to run.

Any idea with older version only once need it to do and was fine now with latest I got this problem.

Thanks

Yes, Norton Antivirus will ask you that because of the new Firewall-to-Firewall connections implemented in 4.4 series. You can choose to deny the connection, and Limewire will still work. I think you won't be able to download from firewalled hosts if you do that (as with previous versions).

What type of modem do you have. I've had a similar problem and turning off the Computer & DSL modem for appx, 1 minute then restarting corrected this problem.

This problem occured after NIS did a live update.
