Refund
I've just subscribed to LimeWire today! Wasted my whole day trying to get connected!!! NO SUCH THING! I've tried all the suggestions listed. Still, not connected. How do I get a cancellation of this service and cancel this charge?

What???
You didn't test with the free version first? If so, you're out of luck: the Pro page points out the "no-refund" policy. Many people can't connect because their setup or internet service doesn't allow filesharing. The Pro version doesn't get you a connection if the free version can't.
