i got lime wire pro why do i not have the turbo charged connection at the bottom?

I never had Limewire pro yet sometimes I have the turbocharged connection. I thought it had to do with how many files you share but I noticed it fluctuates. Like right now my connection is Excellent.

i just read when i bought it get turbo charged connections so i thought yuou got it with pro maybe i was wrong thanks for the reply

I just start LW PRO if I am running in ultrapper usualy in 10 minutes it has enough connections to be turbo charged. If after 30 minutes it has'nt gone to turbo and I need to search for a file I will disable ultrapper and conect in Leaf it will go to turbo 5 connections in about 30 seconds.
