I'm suddenly unable to connect to the network, my shared files just clock up extremely slowly over 20 mins or so but no connection. I've tried closing down totally and deleting the .limewire folder but no effect. Any ideas anyone?

Did you recently upgrade to Fedora Core 4. I upgraded my system two days ago and have not connected since.

I'd not been able to upgrade to the newer version for weeks, every time I did I couldn't get the software to work at all. I could only use a ripped off version of Limewire Pro which I had to keep re-installing every time after an abortive update. My connection problem has now ceased - I followed the instructions on the LW site to add the Gnuttella address twice into my sharing section (or whatever it is). It had no immediate effect but the following day everything worked perfectly on the latest version (4.9.4). I can now connect with no problems.
