Application Keeps Shutting Itself Down
For some reason when i open lime wire it just shuts down... can anyone help

OS, Windows XP PRO w/SP2
CPU, AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ Memory, 2GB Connection, DSL EXTREME LimeWire Version: 4.9 Using a 2WIRE Router From bellsouth Routers Firewall Avast AntiVirus Not new to limewire When i turn on the application lime wire starts and if i dont press anything for like 5 sec then the application ( limewire ) closes

try deleting your .limewire preferences while limewire is closed, please see: Fixes for Limewire
you may also want to update to the latest beta version if your comfortable with that. beta version is located here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/beta.shtml you may also want to scan your entire system using you antivirus program.
