 I'm not an AOL victim and I can't connect either. LW has worked on this pc, and I even think it has since I moved to 2.4.4Pro. I get a good Gnutella OK when telnetting, so my ISP isn't blocking me right? So then why no luck over the last week? If I change my keep approx _ conns up, I can watch the router.limewire.com, connect1 and an assortment of other hosts filter thru the Connections, but within maybe 10 seconds, they're all gone and I'm still disconnected. I'm tempted to start digging thru the code, but I thought I paid for more than just ad-free software. By the way, this all sounds like a the record industry conspiracy. But P2P should be a lot tougher to derail, shouldn't it? -1 gunmen  |
