My husband and I share a Mac G4 iBook, and I can use Limewire fine, but he can't download. Actually he was able to download one song, but that was it. Will reinstalling Limewire from his sign-on also erase all my files? Is there a preference setting I need to change?

removing, reinstalling, or unintstalling limewire will not remove any downloaded files that are on your computer. these files are downloaded to your saved folder. check in your options to find out where they are.
