 Hi hushtool If you have usb ports in your computer install the drivers for them If you haven't already done so Then if the modem can be connected to the usb ports, Do that Install the usb drivers for your modem, or if it didn't come with usb drivers, re-install the modem drivers again, because windows will not recognise the modem till you do. Also you get better surfing/downloading through your usb ports than ethernet connections which were made for office or home networks. Hope This Helps Sgt  |
