Where's the search?

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

Help us please!

I am having the same problem. Searches & downloads worked fine until yesterday (after I downloaded the Java upgrade when notified it was available

). I've since roamed the forum and tried all the tricks. I have 9 'connections' but none seem to last. I left limewire open for hours and still couldn't come up with any seaches, including Margaritaville. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP US!

Windows/XP/svc Pk2/256MB
test worked, firewall port thingy didn't (only have Windows firewall)
