Does connecting through a Uni network make any difference? please help..
Hi guys, as i have read most of the what to do and how to do to resolve this connection problems, is anyone using a University or a corporate network with limewire? does it work? I am wondering if it is the network or i am missing something, i think the network connestion came with a firewall type software but don't know what it is, any way to find out and enable the limewire?
i am desperate, can you help? thanks!

right.. thanks for the reply.
I am actually in halls and it's like residential version of uni network.. any idea how i can make it work? i have tried all day.. or, do you recommenc any other software for file sharing? thanks.
