 I remember a while ago, I think it was Moak (but I'm not sure) had something to say on this. I'm afraid I can't remember whether it was useful or not, it was very much beyond my capabilities to understand, but I do remember he provided a lot of links. Try sending him a private message to ask if it was him and if it was, can he help  he's a very helpful guy.Sorry in advance if this info is useless.
