LW support is only for Pro users. From what I've heard, you often get faster responses here ... be they good or not so helpful. lol :D
However there is an FAQ help page & user guide for non pro users.

Thanks again...it's frustrating...I was using LW, then updated, and now I can't use it. Shame.
