I have a connection that can do 500 KB 4 megs and i was wondering if i should use cable/dsl speed option or the T1 option because i only download at 120KB max or so.

What should I do?

not neccessarily it depends more on the speed of the host u are downloading off of.

whats the diffrence between the T1 and Cable/DSL option ?

If you really want to know do a Google search and you will find out.

As far as the setting in limewire it is probably cable/dsl. The speeds vary and that setting is more about your upload speed. I don't think its a big deal;).
