Check Out My Big Fat Pipe Baby
I have a connection that can do 500 KB 4 megs and i was wondering if i should use cable/dsl speed option or the T1 option because i only download at 120KB max or so.

As far as the setting in limewire it is probably cable/dsl. The speeds vary and that setting is more about your upload speed.
