| I'm having the same problems. It's not actually broadband, and I don't believe there is an ISP as such. I hear rumours of people managing it in my halls, but don't know how. I do know POP3 is blocked, therefore outlook doesn't work. Connection is around 600kb/s, seems an awful waste. |
