My LW won't even startup
Someone told me about a software called file donkey for my software needs. I downloaded the software just to try it and my LW then would not work. I then uninstalled file donkey, and tried reinstalling LW but it still does not work. Can anyone help?

Did you run an AV scan?? I'd run av, spyware & adware scans just to make sure this other program hasn't left you with a virus. Are you sure you've deleted everything of the other pgm? Have you looked for hidden files?
Did your LW work ok before?

If you are on a mac, you will want to re-install Java, from the Apple.com website. If you are on a PC, you will want to re-install the Java Runtime Enviroment, look around for a link.
