Cant Browse Me

Well, I wouldn't mind jumping on a plane right now!! I just spent 10 mins trying to get a reply written...you beat me again

FIREWALL_DISPLAY_ENABLED=false

is that what you mean??

coz ive already reduced my AVG Firewall from High = NON SHARE to Medium = Share.

Ive got chat enabled and everything else is all set up fine,
clear uploads and bandwdith etc... weve tried direct using
my ip address and she still cant Browse me...

ok - im ready to scream

What's your setup:
OS (guess it's XP)
Firewalls you're running now
LW & Java version (help > about LW & it'll tell you)
Modem/router brand & model
Connection type (ADSL, dial-up etc)
ISP
Where you connect from ( home, work etc)
Do you share a connection with other computers?

Was the bug report true or false?(tools > options > bug report > view example. Scroll down to 'recieved incoming this session)

Well just everything I have already covered in my previous messages.

Bascially this is all I did...

1. Changed the AVG Firewall to Medium.
2. Enabled the Chat

I dont really know what it was that made the difference but
I think it was when she made changes at her end, because I wasn't the one having any trouble it was only her.

I expect the main trouble was my Firewall being on
High = No sharing!
