Exclamation pls help; what happened to my limewire?

ok, so i'm no computer wiz, but these past four days limewire pro 4.10 is unable to connect. i tried to read over the sticky thread and i don't have a clue as to which one i'm supposed to follow directions to.
this is what it says when i open limewire.

and i don't know if this means anything but it says it's 'starting connection' and stays that way and the brick wall in front of the world icon indicates a firewall am i right? i disabled my firewall and still does the same thing.

i use xp, cable modem / router provided by linksys [i use the wireless card] and i dont understand how this all of a sudden stops working when it was working perfectly fine last week.
i hope someone could help me or show a link of the directions i need to start downloading again. i would sooo much appriciate it!

The brick wall means you have a firewall problem.

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included.)

If that doesn't work, then take a closer look at this link Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link). Make sure XP's firewall is properly configured to allow LW full access. Also, make sure UPnP is enabled on your Linksys router.

Who is your internet service provider (ISP)?
