 Who told you your isp is not shaping bandwidth for p2p use? Their receptionist/salespeople? They're symptoms of filtering. Without more details I can say much. 1. Try downldilng a magnet link from this site & observe what happens: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml Follow it bit by bit & tell us what happens. 2. Do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image Is the result True/False?  |
