 DSMtuner425 I looked back at the picture you posted showing your DL you were DL at 159KBs your speed test max is 175KBs. The picture does not show what your UL bandwidth is but I have a feeling you are maxing out your connection and your wireless. Does it do the same thing if you limit you DL bandwidth to 140KBs and UL bandwidth to 30KBs Also have you tried bypassing your wireless and going straight to your computer with the wire.
