 the ! mark in iTunes just means the song cannot be found ..as ..in your case it has apparently been moved. If all your songs that have got misslaid are together you can go in iTunes to File> add to library > highlight all the songs together and add them to iTunes library. You can chose in iTunes preferences whether or not to add them to the iTunes Folder. I hope this helps
