Can't find the listeniong port name

When I try to follow the steps under the "Connection Problems" where I try to open a port for Gnutella I can't find the listening port name that I'm supposed to make a note of when step 17. It says within Limewire go to Tools>Options>advanced>Firewall COnfigurations.
The problem is I don't see any "firewall configurations" Am I not opening up the tools tab in the right window? What does it mean when it says "within Limewire" ?
Right now I'm just opening it up at the top of the page on the site. I can't access Limewire from my desktop icon as it says that there is most likely a problem with a firewall blocking problem so I'm trying to fix it but can't even complete step 1. Am I doing it in the wrong place?

Merge... chopinplayer - can't find listening port

Tools > options > advanced, double click on 'advanced' & it will show you more options:) That's where you'll find firewall config & your listening port.

'Within LW' means going into LW to do something, rather than say, opening your shared folder which you can do by other means with LW closed.

Even if there's a firewall blocking LW, you should still be able to open it. In fact, if it wasn't open then you wouldn't see the error message;) Having LW open just means being able to navigate within it to tools, library etc. It has nothing to do with whether you're able to connect, download etc.

Hope this hasn't confused the hell out of you, feel free to tell me if it has:eek:

edit - no I'm wrong. Of course you can get the error without opening LW. Oops!
