I do the test is fine
Windows Xp Home Edition
No enable any firewall
and I still fave only one bar
something else you want to now

Modem/router brand & model
Who is your ISP
Connection type (DSL etc)

Is your Internet Service Provider Optimum Online by any chance? If yes then most people with that same isp are having problems. Use the search button & type in optimum or online.
