Unhappy Poor rate even with cable to cable
I am connecting through DSL and my download rates horrid - even when I am downloading from cable, DSL, T1 and T3 connections - WHY?

Default poor rate
what do you consider poor. I am getting between 40kbps and 50. Thats good for peer to peer.
