How do I do to know for sure if my ISP is shaping my P2P bandwidth????

Perhaps a magnet link or a direct connect where there's free slots & bandwidth on both sides & no firewalls in between will tell something.
It's not a guaranteed technique but one that will let you know that's the likely reason. |
