I need help!! LimeWire will not open after a year!

Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network. (not about connecting to files, that is a Download/Upload Problems section issue.) Please supply system details as described in the forum rules.

Well, you could try to uninstall LW and your Java. Then download the JRE offline installer from the Java occial website http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp , install it and then try to reinstall LW and see if that worked...... please post back with the results
