 I think it has something to do with searches from leaves and other ultrapeers being routed through your computer, but you can disable ultrapeer in the LW options. In LW go to Tools>Options>Speed, then tick the box by "Disable Ultrapeer Capabilities" then click apply. You may need to restart LW for this to take affect but that will keep LW from connecting as an UP  .
