Are you sure that why you can't download isn't just a license issue?

Give it time for uploads to appear. Within LW go tools > options > bug reports > view example. Scroll down to Recieved Incoming This Session... is it true or false? If it's true, people can upload no probs.

could be something to it. I wonder what effect it has me living in a rural area? There's only 5 users on this linde, it's at an end. Also my speed is always above 300Mpbs downloading anyway...upload is a good bit slower though.

That's ok then. If you notice it affecting LW over a long period then that's when to get worried.
But more often than not, downld speeds depends upon your sources/hosts & how much bandwidth they have available.

So is your problem solved now?
