How to get PRO back, plz help...
I simply cannot believe I have to post on a message board to retrieve my Limewire PRO.
My PC crashed and I had to quick restore and I lost the installer. So I go to the site to retrieve it. They ask for the email address I registered under I when I pop it in it says invalid email. I bought it, paid for it with a credit card and they have the numbers which are specific to this computer on this account. I used it 2 weeks before this happened and now I can't even email them to figure this out. Yep, it's only 20$ but now it's just the principal. Can someone please tell me if there is anything I can do or should I simply buy it again. Thanks for any help!!!

Hi.....Did you purchase Pro over 6 months ago?? If so you will have to purchase it again...Pro gives you 6 months of updates and tech support after that you may keep using it, but you do not recieve any updates or support...
It's wise to back it up to disc, because as you have just experienced if you crash you loose it... Make sure you only get Limewire from the official site as well, it's $18.88US... there are many scam sites around that take your money and offer you the basic version (which is free).....  http://www.limewire.com

Cancelled my LIFETIME membership
This is a very brazen rip-off to sell you a $50.00 Canadian program and then cancel your membership. The matter of principal for me is WHERE DID MY MONEY GO??

There is no such thing as a lifetime membership only 6 months of free updates and Tech support it only cost $18.88US for Pro and basic is free (I bet you only have the basic version)...
I would highly suggest you get rid of that copy you have if it is making your computer lag, because it's probably full of spyware.... Only get Limewire from the official site I suggested in the first post.....
