I have used Limewire for a long time. Two weeks ago I thought I had a bad virus (just a blonde mistake, I disabled my pop up blocker by accident) well for some reason the widows firewall came up and asked if I wanted to let LimeWire access the internet... I hit the block all access by mistake. So how do I undo that? I need LimeWire! Its my addiction

But limewire will not open at all. I get a message saying please allow it to access internet. So I can't get the external and internal ports at all

Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)

This is sooo complicated... Why can't I just erase it and start over??

Because your LW prefs would still be there. So you would still need to delete them.

How do I enable my javascript because I think I disabled it a while back

So once I delete the preferences I can redownload and like magic it will work?

It should yes! But it will mean you will need to reset your options next time you open LW.

Reset my options?? Ok so I did a search of everything limewire on my computer and erased it all.. so it should work now?
