Default Connections Problem

I purchase LW Pro 4.11 in February and it worked fined. I have DSL and I had to get a router for my second computer. My ISP created a public bridge so the the router would function properly. It is at this point that I could no longer access LW. I have uninstalled and downloaded the version again. It has even upgraded with the latest version 4.12.3.

It successfully downloads. However, when I try to use LW, it comes up with an error message: "LimeWire was unable to initialize and start. This is usually due to a firewall program blocking LimeWire's access to the internet or loopback connections on the local machine. Please allow LimeWire access to the internet and restart LimeWire."

I have checked the firewall and it is not enabled. I have been trying for a couple of months to get this program to work. Please help if you have any suggestions.
