I do see the firewall icon and it doesn't go away after I disable XP firewall. I am running AVG Free but no firewall. The port test does not work so I put in port 6346 and that didn't work either. My other computer which is a laptop is runing side by side this system and running 4.12 no problems. I have tried to duplicate all of the settings I have on the laptop but still no luck connecting. I went through my actiontec setup and nothing is different. I get one green connection bar and it says connecting to LW but never gets there....no other error messages. | Thread Hijacked??
Anyway. Mine works now. It was all due to Panda's crappy prog's. Had to contact them directly to get rid of their firewall. That was the problem. Panda gets my Worst Uninstaller in the World Award. (As I needed 2 seperate uninstallers directly from panda). Now this makes me pissed that their crappy firewall blocked most of my most used programs (ie. games, lw,) For over 5 months.. >.< |
