You will need to access the router at work. It will be password protected. You are going to have to ask your net administrator if he can forward a port for you

Remember to say one between 49152 - 65535 as they are always unassigned

Then just set Limewire to use portforward and enter that port into the box

Also set the listening port to the same number

And finally add exeptions for that port in the firewall on the laptop (Both TCP and UDP)
