I have tried EVERYTHING... NOT JOKING
Okay I have been a LW user for a long time and now alll the sudden I can't connect its very frustrating I have tried the force port and the link to see if your test worked and it did work. I have one green bar and a wall of bricks that are not coming down in front of the world. I have no spyware on my CPU and I have the windows firewall off, I have tons of free space and I just don't understand why this is happening my only thought is that my ISP is blocking me completely from accessing the Gnutella network. Someone with experience please help me I wanna give up.

Hmmm. Looks like Time-Warner owns the network in your area.
I wonder if they are blocking it.
