i install limewire pro 3 weeks ago...now that i reformat my window..tried their support help n used the same ****** when i installedl but was told invalid ******.i still have the receipt number all n can't do anythink about it as i can't contact them by ****** all...maybe i'm going to complain about it to the authority..let see.

Sounds to me either you used the wrong password or else, you didn't purchase it through LW.org but a scam site. How much did you pay?

You are aware that pro offers 6 months of free updates & support only aren't you. If more than 6 months has passed since you purchased it then your account details will have been removed. It's up to you to keep a backup of your installer or else upgrade your pro after 6 months at a discount.

nope i just installed it 3 weeks ago,still got balance of 5 months..i've been using the turbo charge for 3 weeks n then i reformatted my pc 3 days ago...so i want to install again but not acknowledged by their support site,only the basic limewire...don't know how to reach them cause they have no e--mail to be sent to..maybe if u know how to reach them, u can help me to re-install again.i can even provide u my details..receipt no,e--mail,etc.

Well they sent you an email with your details. That info is within your email account & wasn't on your computer. So just go back & find that email with the link to your personal download page.

Else, try to remember which email you registered pro with. Sometimes people forget which one they used. Gather as many details as possible such as purchase date, receipts, etc. & send them to RSterne (click on link) via personal message.

the only e--mail i received was from paypal taking my money fm credit card n not limewire ...n the receipt number is also in the same e--mail that i try n try again without any success.pm that guy already but he never replied..limewire can't be reach?no e--mail nothing?hmm can accept money and after that can't be reach....i'm not going to let this matter rest..anyway thanks for ur help.

i paid 18.88usd.it's for 6 months right.only used it for 3 weeks..the think i'm quite angry is that there's no place for me to reach them.won't have this kind of problem if i can reach them .
