 Well they sent you an email with your details. That info is within your email account & wasn't on your computer. So just go back & find that email with the link to your personal download page. Else, try to remember which email you registered pro with. Sometimes people forget which one they used. Gather as many details as possible such as purchase date, receipts, etc. & send them to RSterne (click on link) via personal message.  |
