I Am Useing Xp I Upgrated From Dial Up To Alltel Dsl.....everything Was Working Fine For The First Two Weeks Or So.

Now However I Can Not Connect...(i Have A Brick Wall Blocking The World) Aka Lime Wire Has Detected A Firewall. I Checked Windows Firewall And Limewire Is In The Excetions Tab. I Also Followed The Forms Addvice....checked The Port Setting On Limewire And Set Up Gnutella Under Description Of Service With Tcp/udp Settings Matching Prox Setting From Limewire.

Also When I Run The Port Test The Page Comes Back Unavailable. Meaning Port 6346 Is Blocked?

Can Anyone Help?

If you can't reach the 6346 page then you ISP is definitely blocking this port.
You could try to configure LW (and your Firewall) to a higher range (in the range of 49152 - 65535).

I do not know how to configure my firewall to allow Limewire access to the internet. Please, explain briefly where to find the firewall settings?..
