I continue to get the message:

Limewire was unable to initialize and start. This is usually due to a firewall program blocking Limewire access to the internet or loopback connections to the local machine. Please allow Limewire access to the internet and restart Limewire.

Now I have gone on Limewire and followed the troubleshooting.. didn't work
I went throught the form.. added ports, checked page "You passed the test", uninstalled and reinstalled

It worked for months and one day it stopped.....please help

1. Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)

2. Check the options here (also see post at bottom of page): Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link)

It is still not working when, i ran the Run As, it advised me to uninstall, which i did and i still continue to get the same message...........................

'loopback connections to the local machine' are usually due to unconfigured routers. And you didn't seem to take any notice of no. 2 above so I can't really help any more sorry. Since the 2nd post in that link simply follows the forum rules which you obviously didn't read. If you don't have time to read answers & ... then ..
