 Hi Sean. When an ISP is making an effort to stop P2P traffic, these fixes usuly are just temporary. You Have 3 options, Give up P2P, Chase your Tail, or Get another ISP. This is my opinion, others may have a mirecall up there sleve, PLEASE Peace.
