The standard listening port of LW has usually been 6346.
Though since some ISP's have started to block this port we tend to reckon using a port in the range of 49000 - 65000.

I reconfigured, and used port 22533.
Listening and Forward port both as this, 22533, and make sure your router is configured. See www.portforward.com Sorry if you already know this, but it's exactly what made mine work like heaven, well, since yesterday, but going strong.
