Default Mac osx 10.4 and the firewall

Ok i too and am running mac os x 10.4 in a college dorm and i turned my firewall on and added gntella and a port different from 6346(im using the same as a kid across my hall who's lime wire is working: 40647). i then went to options and changed the firewall settings to match the port. i havent added a proxy but neither has the kid who has his working. what am i doing wrong?

2. What firewalls you have? default
3. How much ram? 512
4. Hard Disk space available? 25g
5. Connection type? broadband wireless thru airport
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? airport express
7. Where are you trying to connect from college
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? java 1.4.2 lw. 4.12.4
9. Who is your ISP provider (Internet Service Provider)? dunno
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? no work
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. me and my roomate both have wirless thru airport
12. Is this a your 1st try at FW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. it works at home and not here
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of FW's interface? yes
