 Is this all of a sudden or are you trying to install it the first first time? If it is all of a suden, then Have you made any changes to your computer lately ? eg. Installed or uninstalled any programs You need to provide more detail for anyone to help. The only thing I can recommend just by what you wrote is nmaybe some of the fixes in this thread.
