Unblock Limewire P2P
My Limewire won't connect because my ISP has it blocked. Is there a way I can unblock it or change some settings?

Probably not. You could try changing to a higher port, one in the range of 49152-65535. You'd need to change LW's listening port (tools > options > advanced > firewall config), ports allowed within a software firewall & also any port numbers forwarded through a modem/router.

Which LW installer are you using (online or offline)?
Try this: Install Java first. Try this version of Java, use the JRE offline installer & remove your current Java version (if you have one) before you install this one. Probably not. Those recommendations refer to the member with the fatal connection/internal corruption problem.
