| mickjapa108, The little green square has to do with reputation points. You can add to or subtract from someones reputation by clicking on the little scale icon in the upper right corner of each post. You can also leave a comment on why you liked or didn't like their post. They will be able to read it but the average member won't know who it came from(I think Mods can tell). It goes something like this:: "is on a distinguished road" = Someone has added to your reputation(Good) "off the scale" = no one has added to or subtracted from you reputation(Neutral) "an unknown quantity at this point" = someone has subtracted from your reputation(Bad) It's really of no importance, so I wouldn't worry about it.
