 Welcome Darkangel2070.  A few things to try. Not a good idea to use Two Firewalls as they will conflict with each other and may cause Less protection. Try disabling the Windows Firewall and give Limewire Full access through the AVG Firewall. Next thing to try is Forewarding a Port for your router. Most importantly is setting up a Static IP First.
