ok, so i can log on to lime wire, but it won't go past one bar. i've deleted and redownloaded it, and it still won't work. the popup said something about stopping the ISP from filtering the Gnutella network, but i don't know how.
it's not behind a firewall, i've added it as an exception, and i don't know what the problem is. any suggestions?

it's windows XP, with windows firewall, broadband connection, connecting from my home, using lime wire 4.13.0 with java 1.5.0_09. and the little world thing covered by a brick wall is up. anything else you need to know?

ok the connections aren't loading automatically ... go to the top beside file and click view ... then click show hide ... then click connections ... ok the tab will show up beside monitor on the main screen of limewire ... click on it ... after it opens click on add ... ok idk if these will work or not so if they don't find another ip address to type in ... ok number one .... 24.58.198.0:48255 ... number two ... 69.112.101.204:40863 ... ok type those in the little add connection screen ... good luck and spread the news !!!

Did the port test work?
Have you double checked the XP firewall (see link)?
