Default unable to connect

1. OS version windows xp
2. sygate personal firewall
3. 256 mb ram
4. 9 gb available on hd
5. Connection type broadband
6. linksys wireless router
7. connecting from home
9. Who is your ISP provider telewest blueyonder
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? it says test worked
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs no
12. Is this a your 1st try at FW or is this a new problem with an experienced user.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of FW's interface? yes
In have tried all instructions on sticky thread to no avail. it says firewall is blocking access to internet. even if i disable firewall all together can you help me

Which model Linksys are you using? Is UPnP enabled or did you forward a port?

If you're using Sygate, then you should disable XP's firewall.
