okeydokey, another thing I just thought of.. when I first downloaded LimeWire for the first time I had dial up, and then switched to cable internet whist it was on my computer, do you think since I downloaded it with cable I could have screwed something up?

if the lvllord patch isn't working you could try this microsoft one, I used it when I had connection problems with SP2

Did you ever try changing port numbers? You'd have to change LW's listening port & any specific port numbers you've allowed thru a software firewall...port numbers should be the same.

ok ill try it, then black screen says "this prgram is in development, please visit http://www.LvlLord.de for a new version" a few lines down, not sure what u mean when u ask where its comming from, it comes up when i clicked the EvID4226 Patch thing

I have Limewire 4.12.6 installed in my computer, previously, I have nothing matter bout the connection, I've succesfully downloaded more than 200 songs and thats make me love this program so much... , for information I am using my office connection, until bout a week ago, my office administrator change the internet connection setting using proxy (well I dont know that mean), it said that we should use proxy server with 10.xxx.xx.xx and port 80xx in internet option (I just thinking that I will using a difference connection with previously). As well as I change the setting, my limewire just said do not detect any connection in my computer until this day, and when I restored to previous setting, it doesn't work either... I want to know whether there is a special configuration using limewire via proxy , please ? thank u

jimbo-ice mine is still white, have you also ticked the box Windows Peer to Peer grouping...



Have you thought of backing up all your important stuff and doing a complete system reformat...It will probably get rid if those other ISPs on your system..
Check with your Dad and see if he agrees...

umm, yeah. I used the EvID4226 Patch, for LimeWire PRO, so it works now, but I can only get Excellent Connection, not TurboCharged. any ideas?
