I have never had problems with LW before.
Windows XP 2000 I do have firewall (LW is an exception) 512 RAM over 50 GB cable connection I am using my connection at school (dorm) Symantec Antivirus Limewire 4.12 Java 5.0 10 I dont think I share the connection with anyone else. This is a new problem I can see the globe behind the brick wall I'm not sure who the ISP is. PLEASEEEE HELP! |

Did you use LW at school before? Many schools block p2p...maybe yours has started doing it.
Do other peple at school use LW without a problem? You could try changing ports to something like 64049...see if that makes any difference. Tools > options > advanced > firewall config will take you to the page to change your listening port. No guarantee that it'll work though, if the problem is your school blocking
