I have tried everything possible!!!
I have never had problems with LW before.
Windows XP 2000 I do have firewall (LW is an exception) 512 RAM over 50 GB cable connection I am using my connection at school (dorm) Symantec Antivirus Limewire 4.12 Java 5.0 10 I dont think I share the connection with anyone else. This is a new problem I can see the globe behind the brick wall I'm not sure who the ISP is. PLEASEEEE HELP!

Did you use LW at school before? Many schools block p2p...maybe yours has started doing it.
Do other peple at school use LW without a problem? You could try changing ports to something like 64049...see if that makes any difference. Tools > options > advanced > firewall config will take you to the page to change your listening port. No guarantee that it'll work though, if the problem is your school blocking
